There’s something special happening inside the Tin Rock Building at 1008 W. Main Street.
What began as a vision for a mixed-use space where independent and creative businesses could grow side-by-side has become exactly that — a collaborative home for makers, designers, and small professional practices just off the west end of Oklahoma City’s West Village. We sit at the highly visible corner of Main and Classen, easy to find and easy to love.
We’re excited to welcome our newest neighbor: Jennifer Gaines of Sashay and Flounce. Jennifer has created a sewing studio where she thoughtfully remakes vintage clothing into one-of-a-kind pieces. Her work is full of character and care, and we’re proud to carry a selection of her tops right here in Tin Lizzie’s. It’s the kind of creative energy that makes this building feel alive.
Jennifer joins a thoughtful mix of tenants already at home in Tin Rock — from art and photography studios to design, professional services, and other independent businesses. Together, we’re building something more meaningful than just office space. We’re building a place where small businesses can share ideas, support one another, and feel rooted in a neighborhood that values craft and community.
