Return Guidelines
- We are able to cancel an order only if it has not already been fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse. If you wish to cancel a previously placed order, please email us at [email protected].
- NO RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS! All merchandise discounted 20% or over is a FINAL SALE.
- NO RETURNS on seasonal items, gourmet items, jewelry, live plants or florals, personalized items, or special orders.
- Worn, washed, and/or damaged items will not be accepted for return. Original tags (if applicable) or packaging (if applicable) must be attached & intact.
- For defective item claims: contact us within 3 days of delivery date. Be sure to keep the original packaging in the event that we will issue a return label.
- Refunds: Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of order date.
- Exchanges: We cannot provide exchanges (or holds), due to limited inventory.
- If you would like a different size or color, we suggest ordering the new item and returning the original item (excludes seasonal items). A refund for the original item will be issued once the item is satisfactorily returned to us.
- We do not offer free returns at this time. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- All shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Returns that do not meet our guidelines will be sent back at your own expense.
How To Make A Return
- Before making a return please read our policy to ensure that your items meet the guidelines.
- Please contact us via email at [email protected] referencing your order number and date and we will issue you a return label by email.
- Mail the return to the address as provided on the return slip and deliver to the carrier as indicated on the return slip. The address is:

Please note: Returns for shoes, gift boxed items or items in product specific packages must be shipped back in their original packaging. Any packaging boxes need to be placed in another shipping box to avoid damage from shipping. Damaged items or packaging boxes will not be accepted.
